Admission Process



REGISTRATION

The academic session of the school is from April to March. The registration starts from December of every year for the next academic session. The prospectus and registration form shall be available at school office.

Note: Registration does not guarantee admission; it will be subject to merit and availability of seats. NO ADMISSION IS MADE TO CLASS X OR CLASS XII.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE :

Admission is taken on the basis of merit and marks obtained in written test and then interview. Written test is held according to class and general syllabus as per norms of CBSE. So far as the matter of interview we check physical and mental condition and level of intelligence quotient with some questions of general awareness, so there is no requirement of syllabus regarding interview.

We do not apply any type of test for admission in Playway Class but the presence of parents with the child at the time of admission is compulsory. No representation will be accepted.

REQUIREMENTS

Birth Certificate as in the case of Class Play Way to Class UKG; to Classes I and above, Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. Report Card in Original. Four Passport Size Photographs and two stamp size photographs.

RE – COMMENDATION TO THE PARENTS

Parents are expected to co – operate with the school authorities by ensuring that the children observe punctuality (At least 80%) and discipline, school uniform, prepare their lesson and take active part in the activities of the school.

Parents should inform the office immediately regarding the change of address or contact number in writing (Beneficial for SMS Service).

Parents / guardian are requested to keep themselves in touch with the school to have a clear knowledge of their wards progress. Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers in the class room directly or in staff room. Any suggestions information or complaint about their children’s progress will be made through the Principal or Administrative Head.
